Call Backs
Depending on the nature or urgency of the call, your call will be returned between patients or after office hours. All calls concerning prescription refills will be forwarded to the clinic voicemail and returned within a reasonable time frame.
Walk-Ins Welcome
While we encourage patients to schedule appointments in advance, we know it is not always possible. Therefore, emergency situations will be worked on with the first available provider. It is always best to have an appointment.
Appointments
We offer same-day appointments for routine check-ups and sick visits.
We ask patients to arrive on time for their appointment and bring updated insurance information. Copays are due at the time of service.
We do have a no-show policy; you may be dismissed from the practice. A "no-show" refers to failure to arrive or cancel your appointment.

The receptionist will ask you to fill out a patient information form. Complete answers are needed on all medical forms for your examinations. All information given to us is held in strictest confidence. On each return visit, the receptionist will confirm that your information is still current. This will help us to maintain correct information and better manage your care.
Our receptionist makes an appointment so that you do not have a long wait before seeing the doctor. Realizing that emergencies occasionally arise requiring immediate medical attention, we ask for your cooperation if your appointment is delayed. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will then schedule you to be seen on an alternate date.
